The collected garbage was separated into organic waste that was used as fertilizer by the Takakura method while the inorganic ones were sold to collectors. The scheme of the insurance payment is using garbage. The community collected both wet and dry waste to clinic. The main principle of Garbage Clinical Insurance is organizing communities to create sustainable financing from their own resources to improve the access and the quality of public health program from the promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative aspects.
